Latino Voters Set New Trends in Recall

Latinos made up 17 percent of voters in the California recall election, reflecting higher participation than in the 2000 presidential vote. Although a majority voted Democratic, a sizeable minority helped elect Republican Arnold Schwarzenegger. NPR's Mandalit del Barco reports.
