Bush Takes a Harder Line on Cuba

President Bush announces plans to strictly enforce the U.S. embargo on Cuba, especially the ban on travel to the island. The president says his goal is to hasten the day when Fidel Castro no longer rules Cuba. Critics of the plan renewed recent calls to drop the U.S. embargo. NPR's Michele Kelemen reports.
