New Mexico is offering tax breaks and low-income loans to film production companies in an effort to get more films produced in the state. To qualify, film companies must agree to hire at least 60 percent of their crew in New Mexico. Actors and other talent hired in-state bring more financial benefits. Paul Ingles reports.
