Three days of nonstop music marked the 50th annual Monterey Jazz Festival in California. The giants of jazz come to play at Monterey. Highlights of the weekend included performances by Gerald Wilson and Sonny Rollins. Journalist Ashley Kahn, author of The House That Trane Built: The Story of Impulse Records speaks with Renee Montagne.
