Congress Debates Iraq Funding

Debate on Capitol Hill continues on the issue of money for rebuilding Iraq. Some lawmakers say their constituents are war-weary, and believe President Bush's $87 billion spending request is money that's badly needed at home. NPR's David Welna reports.
