Sept. 11 Panel Demands FAA Documents

The independent commission investigating the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks uses its subpoena power for the first time to force the Federal Aviation Administration to hand over critical documents. Commission members say that the FAA and other federal agencies have not responded to earlier requests for materials. NPR's Pam Fessler reports.
