Lifting of Breast Implant Ban Recommended

A federal advisory committee recommends that the Food and Drug Administration once again allow silicone-filled breast implants on the market. The implants were banned a decade ago after a review concluded that there was not enough information to show they were safe. NPR's Richard Harris reports.
