Official: Terrorism Fight Starts at Bank

David Aufhauser led the fight against terrorism financing after the Sept. 11 attacks as general counsel at the Treasury Department. After overseeing a massive policy shift at the Treasury, Aufhauser is leaving office. The coordination of the effort will be taken over by the White House. NPR's Jennifer Ludden reports.
