Iraq Policy Spurs Criticism of Bush Doctrine

President Bush and senior administration officials predicted that other nations would eventually follow America's lead on Iraq. But adversaries and allies alike are combining their influence to balance American power. Critics say President Bush has miscalculated the way power works in international relations. NPR's Mike Shuster reports.
