Yankees to Meet Marlins in World Series
The New York Yankees defeat the Boston Red Sox 6-5 in extra innings. Boston led New York until the bottom of the 8th inning, and remained tied until the 11th inning, when New York's Aaron Boone hit a homerun. The Yankees now face the Florida Marlins in the World Series, beginning Saturday. Hear NPR's Margot Adler.
