President Bush wins new support from the United Nations for the U.S. mission in Iraq, which will soon have a fresh supply of funds from congressional action as well. In winning these battles, the White House has shown relentless insistence on its policy priorities, and a go-for-broke style that carries considerable political risk. NPR's Don Gonyea reports.
