Bush Visits Philippines on Asian Tour

President Bush meets with Philippine President Gloria Arroyo and addresses a joint session of the Philippine National Congress as part of a six-day trip to Asia. Bush praises the nation for standing up to terrorism, and presses for more help. His appearance draws protests in the chamber and in the streets. NPR's Vicky O'Hara reports.
