Bolivia's President Steps Down

Bolivia's economic crisis forces a resentful and angry President Gonzalo Sanchez de Lozada to resign. He blames leftist groups for protests that brought the streets of La Paz to a standstill. Hear NPR's Scott Simon and NPR's Martin Kaste.
