Congressional hearings this week shed more light on the financial collapse of HealthSouth, a hospital chain that reported more than $2 billion in false earnings over a 20-year period. The fraud went undetected despite the efforts of whistleblowers whose complaints were ignored by senior management. NPR's Snigdha Prakash reports.
