Gen. Wesley K. Clark and Sen. Joseph Lieberman (D-CT) decide not to participate in the Iowa presidential caucuses. We'll look at why these two Democratic presidential candidates decided to bypass Iowa and discuss how it could affect the party's nomination contest.
