Community Leaders Work to Revitalize Michigan Town

Community leaders in Flint, Mich., are now trying to clean up abandoned property. The city has declined since its auto factories closed down, and abandoned houses and businesses have turned into breeding grounds for crime. NPR's Cheryl Corley reports.
