A Syrian-born man is back home in Canada, where he holds citizenship, after a year-long prison ordeal that began with a stopover at a New York airport. The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service detained Maher Arar, then deported him to Syria, where he spent a year behind bars. He was never charged with any crime. Richard Reynolds reports.
