Senators Challenge D.C. Court Nominee

Another of President Bush's judicial nominees runs into trouble with Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee. The panel holds a confirmation hearing Wednesday for Janice Rogers Brown, a justice of the California Supreme Court. Judge Brown has been nominated to the federal appeals court for the District of Columbia. NPR's Nina Totenberg reports.
