Senate Holds Confirmation Hearings for Judicial Nominee

The Senate holds confirmation hearings on controversial Federal Appeals Court nominee Janice Rogers Brown. NPR's Legal Affairs Correspondent Nina Totenberg reports that Brown may soon join the ranks of the presidents' other judicial nominees, currently being filibustered on the Senate floor.
