The results of the California recall election could recast the state's political establishment. Democrats are thinking it may be time to end the gridlock in Sacramento or they could find themselves locked out of more than just the governor's office. Republicans wonder whether moderates cast in the mold of Gov.-elect Schwarzenegger could break the Democratic grip on statewide political offices. NPR's Ina Jaffe reports.
