Changes to the SAT Could Hurt Minorities

The College Entrance Examination Board has changed the Student Achievement Test, known as the SAT. In the Oct. 20 Time magazine cover story "Inside the New SATs," reporter John Cloud exposes the "new" SATs and how these changes might put minority students at a disadvantage.
