Judge Declares Quattrone Mistrial

The case against investment banker Frank Quattrone ends in a mistrial, due to a deadlocked jury. Quattrone was charged with interfering with investigations into the allocation of stock released in lucrative initial public offerings in the late 1990s. NPR's Brian Mann reports.
