'Marketplace' Report: Credit Disputes Favor Firms

If you have a dispute about a charge on your credit card, your credit company sends it to a neutral party for arbitration. A new study says that the majority of these disputes are settled in favor of credit card companies. Marketplace's Steve Tripoli talks to Madeleine Brand about what consumers should be aware of when it comes to the fine print in credit agreements.
