Russian Oligarchs Wait for Fallout of Arrest
Russian tycoon Mikhail Khodorkovsky faces a maximum sentence of 10 years on charges of fraud and tax evasion. Khodorkovsky owns the oil company Yukos, and he is the first super-rich Russian oligarch to be sent to jail. His arrest prompts other tycoons who have irked Russian President Vladimir Putin to flee the country. NPR's Robert Siegel talks with David Hoffman, foreign editor for The Washington Post.
