The bribery and fraud trial of two organizers of the 2002 Winter Olympics opens in Salt Lake City Tuesday. Dave Johnson and Tom Welch are accused of spending more than $1 million in gifts and favors for International Olympic Committee members while they were selecting the 2002 host city.
