FBI Report: Crime Rate Down in U.S.

According to the FBI's annual crime survey, America's crime rate is lower than a decade ago. But there were still 12 million crimes committed last year, and women made up a larger percentage of all those arrested. NPR's Tavis Smiley talks with James Fox, criminologist and professor at Northeastern University, Detroit police chief John Oliver and Atlanta police chief Richard Pennington.
