NPR's Tony Cox speaks with one of America's top chefs, Marcus Samuelsson, part owner and executive chef at New York's Aquavit restaurant. Samuelsson's new cookbook is Aquavit and the New Scandinavian Cuisine. He shares recipes and talks about his interesting background — he was born in Ethiopia and raised in Sweden.
