Prinicipal Takes on the Summer Reading List

Joe Meloche, principal of Cherry Hill West High School in New Jersey, did all the readings on his school's summer reading list so that he could discuss the books with students. He talks with Scott Simon about the experience. He says that showing a commitment to the material is one way of earning his students' respect.
