Scripps Ranch Residents Return to Charred Homes

People from the Scripps Ranch area of San Diego return to what is left of their homes. The planned community of 30,000 lost more than 350 houses in the deadly Cedar wildfire that has so far destroyed more than 1,000 structures northeast of the city. NPR's Mandalit del Barco reports.
