Rights Groups Hail Prison Rape Law

A coalition of social conservatives, evangelical Christians, civil libertarians and human rights groups welcome the new federal Prison Rape Elimination Act, which seeks to prevent sexual assault in prison. However, human rights advocates and prison authorities hold vastly different perceptions about the extent of the problem. NPR's Wendy Kaufman reports.
