Comey Considered for Number Two Spot at Justice

The Senate Judiciary Committee is considering the nomination of James Comey to be Attorney General John Ashcroft's top deputy. Comey's nomination comes as the Justice Department is under scrutiny for its probe into whether Bush administration officials leaked the name of a CIA operative. NPR's Jackie Northam reports.
