Congress Poised to Vote on Iraq Aid

Congress is expected to pass President Bush's request for $87 billion for U.S. military and reconstruction operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. Some senators wanted some of the money to be in the form of loans but lost that fight during House-Senate negotiations. Hear NPR's David Welna.
