The United States Supreme Court convenes Monday for its second full term of the year. Jeffrey Toobin, author of The Nine: Inside the Secret World of the Supreme Court discusses with Alison Stewart what's on the docket this session and give some insight into the mysterious workings in the justices' chambers.

The new session begins after a media blitz by Justice Clarence Thomas, whose new book details his 1991 confirmation fight.
