Vermont Town's Coffers Runneth Over

The town of Fair Haven, Vt., recently discovered that it has an enviable problem — a surplus of almost a million dollars. Many in the small town of 3,000 think they've been overtaxed and that the money should be returned. Resident Kevin Durkee talks with Alex Cohen about the budget surplus.
