Sharp Rise in HIV Rate Among North Carolina Youth

There's a dramatic rise in the number of young people testing positive for HIV in North Carolina — and many of them are college students. What is particularly alarming is the increase in the number of HIV cases among African-American men on college campuses. Efforts to increase testing and peer education are underway.
