Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi has a CD coming out Friday, for which he co-wrote the songs. The feisty head of state crooned on a cruise ship before becoming a billionaire. Now the politician's romantic words are fuel for a singer he met in a restaurant in 2001. NPR's Sylvia Poggioli reports.
