Gift to Mexican College Could End in Donor's Eviction

A Mexican university seeks property granted to it 15 years ago by an American expatriate, and in the ensuing legal battle three Americans are jailed. The original grant called only for Jean Ames, Russell Ames' wife, to live in the house. Jean Ames died in 2000; now the school wants the house and land. Three of Russell Ames' housemates are now in an Oaxacan state prison.
