Home Health Agencies to Receive Report Cards

The federal government is issuing the first-ever ranking of home health agencies. Some 7,000 home health-care agencies will be rated. Points of comparisons include how effectively agencies help their patients improve their ability to walk, get out of bed, or dress themselves. NPR's Joseph Shapiro reports.
