U.S. Citizen Takes over Russian Oil Company

A Russian-born U.S. citizen is the new chief executive of Russian oil giant Yukos. Former CEO Mikhail Khodorkovsky was jailed last month on charges of fraud and tax evasion. Russian officials are trying to calm American fears about Khodorvkosky's arrest, which critics describe as politically motivated. NPR's Michele Kelemen reports.
