New Cholesterol Drug May Expand Arteries

A study in the Journal of the American Medical Association details how scientists create an artificial form of "good" cholesterol that expands arteries and reduces the advancement of heart disease in a small trial. The reduction takes only a few weeks. NPR's Richard Knox reports.
