Report: FBI Identifies 20th Hijacker

The FBI reportedly identifies an al Qaeda operative as the 20th hijacker in the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks. USA Today reports that the FBI does not believe the man is Zacarias Moussaoui, the only person charged in the United States in connection with the plot. Hear USA Today reporter Toni Locy.
