Dean Polls Supporters on Donation Limits
Howard Dean, candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination, is asking his donors to vote on the Internet on whether he should opt out of campaign financing laws and raise as much money as he can. NPR's Mike Pesca talks with Jim Barnes, chief political correspondent of The National Journal, if such a Web vote will inoculate Dean from charges that he's fallen into a free-spending, politics-as-usual trap.
