A federal judge in Nebraska halts implementation of a federal ban on certain late-term abortions Wednesday, less than an hour after President Bush signed the ban into law. The judge's ruling affects only the doctors who filed a lawsuit in the judge's district. Challenges to the new ban are also being filed in other states. Hear NPR's Nina Totenberg.
