New York Stock Exchange interim chairman John Reed wants to replace the exchange's current board with fewer directors, all of them independent. The change is aimed at improving oversight of the market and decrease potential conflicts of interest. Federal securities regulators say they will press for even more reforms. NPR's Jim Zarroli reports.
