Israel Relaxes West Bank Travel Restrictions

Israel relaxes travel restrictions on Palestinians in several West Bank towns. Israeli defense officials said easing the three-year-old lockdown was a gesture to Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia, who remains stuck in a power struggle with Yasser Arafat. NPR's Julie McCarthy reports.
