Dean Hints He May Reject Matching Funds

Democratic presidential candidate Howard Dean says he's likely to turn down matching campaign funds from the federal public financing system. President Bush is doing the same. The move would mean Dean would be the first Democratic candidate to rely solely on private fundraising. NPR's Peter Overby reports.
