Cuba's Musical Exports Slowed by Checks

Since the middle of 2002, all citizens of countries on the U.S. list of states sponsoring terrorism have undergone stringent security checks before getting visas. That includes nearly 40,000 Cubans every year. In the case of Cuban musicians, the process averages six to eight weeks, and can sometimes take up to seven months. Reese Ehrlich reports.
