Palestinian P.M. Names New Cabinet

Palestinian Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia announces a new cabinet, but he backs out of a political struggle with Yasser Arafat over the control of security forces. Israeli and American officials are disappointed with the results and believe Arafat won't crack down on Palestinian militants. NPR's Julie McCarthy reports.
