Palestinian Legislature to Vote on New Cabinet

The Palestinian legislature convenes in Ramallah to vote on the new Prime Minister Ahmed Qurei's new cabinet. Some Palestinian lawmakers are unhappy that Yasser Arafat retains control over security forces, but others are optimistic the vote will jumpstart the peace process. Hear NPR's Julie McCarthy.
