The new government of Prime Minister Ahmed Qureia wins a vote of confidence in the Palestinian legislative council. Qureia has said he will use the confidence mandate to seek a renewal of peace talks with Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon. NPR's Julie McCarthy reports.
